Progress on two fronts

The centre blocks on my Pineapple & Figs quilt top are all sewn together so now it's on to the border blocks I go:

And I finally got past the first page on my new cross stitch project:

It will look like this when it's done.....you know, in 2033!  I forgot how slooooow cross stitching was.  Look at that cute little westie snout :-)
